  • How does billing work in New Zealand?

    The billing method is the same in every country. According to the price plan, Dialics will charge your card on the first of every month. Users must replenish their account balance in order to pay for call minutes and the rental of a phone number.

  • How many users can access an account?

    Currently, there is one login offered in the registration form. Thus, only one user can enjoy the functionality of the software. But the Dialics team is constantly adding new features to the product. Assigning roles between multiple users within one account is on the to-do list.
