SIP & RTP Traffic Whitelisting

Updated 26 months ago

If you plan to route calls to a SIP URL instead of a standard phone number (e.g., +12123335566@192.168.1.1), it is necessary to whitelist our IP addresses. This ensures that SIP and RTP traffic is properly received by your infrastructure and is not blocked by firewalls or security settings.

Why Whitelisting is Necessary?

When calls are routed to a SIP endpoint, the SIP signaling and RTP media traffic originate from specific IP addresses. If these addresses are not explicitly allowed, your system might reject or block incoming calls, causing connectivity issues.

By adding our IPs to your whitelist, you ensure uninterrupted call delivery and prevent any issues with SIP registration or audio transmission.

IP Addresses to Whitelist

To allow SIP and RTP traffic from our platform, add the following IP addresses to your VoIP infrastructure, firewall, or PBX system:

64.225.92.104 209.38.189.47 209.38.189.237 209.38.189.131 209.38.189.130 209.38.185.204 209.38.179.25 174.138.103.95 164.90.242.104 157.230.78.218 138.68.114.56 129.212.140.251 138.197.50.194 209.38.60.216 209.38.60.102 209.38.49.52 159.89.247.8 152.42.155.247 138.197.54.213 134.199.240.231 129.212.145.9 129.212.145.10 129.212.132.211
