FAQ

  • Private: Is setup free?

    Since Dialics is a cloud application, you do not need to install anything, use the application in any browser

  • Private: What is the payment process?

    System will automatically invoice your credit card every month. If you become a customer on the 5th, we’ll bill you on the 5th of each month. For the next month you pay the base fee plus the extra usage for the previous one.

  • Private: If I use up all the money on my balance, can I continue to use the application?

    After you have a negative balance, our account will be suspended and you will not be able to track calls. But you can still view statistics and stay logged in.
